Welcome to NaijaPrimeTips (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NaijaPrimeTips mobile application (the “App”), our website at naijaprimetip.com, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, downloading the App, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

To use NaijaPrimeTips, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be barred from using the Services under any applicable law.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility criteria.

NaijaPrimeTips is a sports prediction tips platform operated by a company registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria. We provide sports prediction tips, analysis, and booking codes for informational purposes only.

NaijaPrimeTips is NOT:

• A sportsbook, bookmaker, or betting operator.
• A gambling network or a platform that accepts wagers.
• A financial advisor, investment service, or money-handling entity.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful registration information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe it has been compromised, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or defame other users or our staff.
• Post or share content that is hateful, obscene, defamatory, or infringing.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract source code from the App.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload our servers or networks.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Services.
• Redistribute, resell, or republish our tips, booking codes, or analyst content without written permission.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription fees, wallet balances, or access controls.

Access to certain parts of the Services may require payment. Our fee structure includes:

• Membership Fee: A one-time or recurring fee to access the platform and its community features.
• Subscription Fee: A recurring fee (where applicable) for ongoing access to premium prediction tips and booking codes.
• Winnings Dues: As agreed at sign-up, users pay an agreed percentage or flat amount on winnings derived from tips we provided.

All fees are disclosed clearly before any payment is made. By completing a payment, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable fee.

We do not collect any other fee beyond the membership fee, subscription fee, and agreed winnings dues.

All payments are processed securely through Flutterwave or other licensed payment processors we may integrate in the future. We do not store your full card details, bank credentials, or sensitive financial data.

Because our services involve digital access to prediction content that is delivered immediately upon payment:

• Membership and subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
• If a payment error occurs (e.g., duplicate charge or failed delivery of access), contact us within 7 days and we will review the matter in good faith.
• Refund decisions are made at our reasonable discretion and in accordance with applicable Nigerian consumer protection law.

All tips, predictions, booking codes, and analysis provided through NaijaPrimeTips are opinions and informational content only. They are not guarantees of outcome.

You are solely responsible for:

• Deciding whether to act on any tip.
• Complying with all sports betting laws in your jurisdiction.
• Understanding the financial risk of any wager you place on a third-party platform.

NaijaPrimeTips includes community features such as group chats, direct messages, and analyst channels. When using these features, you agree to:

• Treat other members with respect.
• Refrain from posting spam, scams, or unsolicited promotions.
• Not share other users’ private information without consent.
• Not post content that violates any law or the rights of others.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend users who violate these rules, at our reasonable discretion.

All content made available through the Services — including tips, booking codes, written analysis, graphics, logos, and the App itself — is owned by NaijaPrimeTips or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or republish our content without prior written consent.

The Services integrate with or reference third-party platforms, including Flutterwave (payments) and Google Play (distribution). We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party service.

Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform’s own terms and privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have:

• Violated these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
• Engaged in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
• Attempted to harm other users or the platform.
• Failed to pay applicable fees.

You may terminate your account at any time by using the Delete Account option in the App or by contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations already incurred.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NaijaPrimeTips and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Any financial losses arising from your betting activity on third-party platforms.
• Any loss arising from reliance on tips, predictions, or booking codes.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to NaijaPrimeTips in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NaijaPrimeTips, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any law or third-party right.
• Any betting activity you engage in on a third-party platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:

• Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
• Notify you via in-app notice for material changes.

Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
